Planning is proceeding well for the Second ISN Special Neurochemistry Conference on Neural Glycoproteins and Glycolipids, December 1-5, 2006, at the Jolly Beach Resort, Antigua, West Indies, Caribbean. The meeting is hosted locally by the American University of Antigua Medical School.

Twenty-eight outstanding speakers from thirteen countries are currently confirmed. They will present focused talks on a range of topics, including Cell-cell Communication and Signaling, Synthesis, Trafficking and Sorting, Migration and Differentiation, Analysis and Bioinformatics, Adhesion and Recognition, and Lipid Microdomains. An emphasis will be placed on Neural Disease.

Special note is made of the availability of Junior Investigator Fellowships, and of the low All-inclusive Conference Fee of US$300. All are encouraged to register and to alert their colleagues.
