Application Procedure
Each person applying
for Membership should complete the application
form and provide a short CV (prepared in English) with three publications.
List in order: authors, title, journal, volume, pages and year. Additionally,
the applicant should provide a signature of support from a current member
of the Society in good standing regarding payment of membership fee.

It is essential that all names and the applicant's complete address, telephone
number, fax number and e-mail address are clearly typed or printed on
the application form. The candidate's full address must be given in English
or in the local language but not in a mixture of both. No money should
initially be sent; Portland Customer Services (PCS) will bill successful
applicants.
