ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- You are kindly requested to deliver your presentation at least 3 hours before the start of your session (not before your individual talk) to the Speakers’ Ready Room. If your presentation is early in the morning, you are strongly encouraged to deliver your presentation the day before in order to avoid the morning rush.
- The presentation document must be prepared in 16:9 format. Please bring your presentation on a USB key. Due to the networking system, the internet connection will not be available to download your presentation to the computers in the Speakers’ Ready Room.
- If you are a Mac user and wish to use your own computer, you are obligated to bring your connection cable/adapter with you and notify the Speakers’ Ready Room a day before your presentation.

Poster Schedule

Setup time starts at 07:30 on Tuesday, August 19th. Please make sure you hang your poster by 17:00.
- There will be two designated poster sessions:
- Poster Session A: August 19th, from 17:00 to 19:00, followed by the Welcome Reception
- Poster Session B: August 20th, from 17:30 to 19:30
- In addition, the following poster viewing sessions will take place during coffee breaks:
- August 19th (11:00 – 11:30): Poster Session A
- August 20th (11:00 – 11:30): Poster Session B
- August 21st (10:30 – 11:00): Both Poster Sessions A & B
- August 22nd (11:00 – 11:30): Both Poster Sessions A & B
Display Guidelines
- Your poster should be mounted on the poster board labeled with your specific abstract code, which you’ll find at the end of this page. These codes will also appear in the Program Book.
- Posters will remain on display for the entire duration of the Meeting.
- Please prepare your poster on a single sheet of Bristol board or laminated paper. Alternatively, you may use several smaller sheets.
- Maximum poster dimensions :A0 format, 84 cm wide × 118 cm high (approximately 33 inches × 46 inches).
- The top of your poster should include the title and author(s).
- Ensure that all text and visuals are large and clear enough to be read from a distance of 2 meters (approximately 6.5 feet).
- Tacks and technical supplies will be available on-site for mounting posters.
- We strongly recommend printing your poster before traveling to New York, as local printing services may be more expensive than expected.
- To transport your poster, roll or fold it and bring it in your carry-on luggage. Alternatively, we recommend using a storage tube.
- To remove creases from your poster, you may gently iron the back of the poster through a layer of fabric at your accommodation.
During the Meeting
- Authors are kindly asked to stand by their posters during the dedicated poster session viewing times, where possible.
- Authors are responsible for both setting up and removing their posters at the end of the Meeting.
